Hi there! Thank you for the suggestion. I am really new to NewGrounds too. I think it might have something to do with being scouted or not? I am not entirely sure on that one. I know for the contest he said that whether you were scouted or not he will find your entry.

I am not using a cintiq because of how expensive it is, but I purchased a cheaper version a little over a year ago now called Huion. It works really good for significantly less cost. I am looking in to a Surface Pro though. Something more portable.
